At Clarity Mediations, mediation is a voluntary and confidential process to resolve or learn how to manage conflict in a healing, neutral environment.
Conversations are facilitated by the mediator to help parties clarify and communicate intentions, desires, needs and realities. The people who come to Clarity are entrusted to make decisions for the best interests of themselves, their spouses or partners, children and their (work, worship or other) community. This self-determination is an integral part of the mediation process: it respects the wisdom, caring and capabilities of each party.
